You will be able to access your personal “owner’s portal” from our management software to access your accounting and maintenance reports 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will have online tracking of rental payments and repair orders for landlords and tenants.

Prepare all required documents, including lease agreements and pertinent addendum’s. We will serve legal notices, initiate and supervise evictions due to nonpayment of rent or other violations of the lease.
